Research On Archive Data Preservation Under The Environment Of Single-Set System

With the full implementation of electronic document single-set system,an increasing number of archive data volumes are being generated by different walks of life.In the past,the archive data management mode became more and more weak.Compared with traditional paper archives,archive data has the characteristic of being divorced from carrier.The effectiveness,completeness and availability of these archive data can not be effectively managed.Now available data backup mode fails to satisfy the exploitation of the potential value of archive data,which immensely hinders the integration and utilization of data.In order to preferably solve this problem,an increasing number of specialists and scholars have devoted themselves to the research in this field,and have obtained good grades.Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology;there are essential differences between the preservation of archive data and the custody of traditional paper archives.They are not merely necessary to start from the perspective of archival science,but also to integrate the requirements of relevant institutional norms in the legal profession and the technique application of data preservation in the IT field,which have made the implementation of relevant archives institutions relatively more difficult.Starting from the risks faced by archive data retention under the environment of single-set system,this article draws forth the management mode of archive data preservation,in addition,by means of the preliminary elaboration of the concept of preservation,the objectives and methods of archive data preservation are made clearly,the primary technology of current archive data preservation is carried on research,and the implementation model of archive data preservation is further discussed from two aspects of implementation condition and operational mode.The research of this article is carried out on the basis of theoretical study,hoping to be able to play a role of throwing away a brick in order to get a gem on the study on the long term storage and custody of archive data under the environment of single-set system,so as to make a modest means to drive the development of archival undertaking in our country.
