With the proposal of “Internet Plus” policy, finance, business, agriculture and many other industries are turning into paperless. For example,e-payment,e-contract and e-receipt is widely using in the ecommerce field. And at the same time, banking, insurance, medical, intellectual property and other conventional industries are stepping into paperless and electronic as well. But since the specialty of electronic evidence,it is faced incompleteness of credit system, corruption of data, difficulty in notarization and storage during dispute and many other problems.Under such condition, the demand of notarization of electronic evidence is increasingly high.China has drafted related act for this problem, which aims to provide endorsement for the legality of electronic evidence in the process of obtaining judicial evidence. However, there will be a series of question like data corruption, data modification in purpose and loss of data during the course of obtaining judicial evidence and notarization of data. Moreover, cloud service is a better service to the requirement of permanent storage of massive data. But it is confronted with malicious tampering, inevitable loss and the challenge of data integrity. In addition, the storage service on public cloud is not suitable for the judicial system due to its specific requirement. In summary, the research is primarily focusing on how to ensure the integrity of data during the process of data preservation and the lossless of permanent storage. Therefore, this paper proposes an improvement of conventional data preservation platform according to the current research. It focuses on the research of data preservation solution based on consortium blockchain, setup of distributed private cloud storage, and verification mechanism of data integrity. The main research results are shown as below:1.Proposal of an entire data preservation solution that based on consortium blockchain. The judicial department, notary agency and other similar industries will mainly use this solution. It's deployed with the consortium blockchain service that specifically built for data preservation. And it contains a specific PKI mechanism and access control model. This proposal has two advantages compare to the conventional solution.First,it's a preservation mechanism that entirely decentralized, which avoid the negative effect of malicious operation and tampering to the utmost extent.Meanwhile,it integrates security mechanism for the integrity of original data and uses fragmented way for storage. This solution reduces the risk of data leakage and improves the security of data.2.Construct architecture of distributed private cloud storage based on CAS(Content-Addressable-Storage).This private cloud will be setup on users' internal servers(e.g.servers of notary agency),and they are connected by P2P(Peer-to-Peer)network.It provides the storage service for the preserved data.Compare to the conventional cloud storage solution,CAS and distributed storage has higher efficiency on performance and avoids duplication storage.Second,it preserves data through blockchain and requires the execution of distributed POR(Poof of Retrievability)during the consensus in each node, which provides frequent verification on the integrity of preserved data.3.Proposal of a distributed D-POR algorithm that specifically built for data preservation platform. It is mainly used to do verification for the integrity of original data in the data preservation platform.Compare to the conventional POR algorithm, the one that proposed in this paper has better solution to verify integrity of multiple data shards without holding the original data among multiple nodes at the same time.It satisfies the requirement of the integrity verification for the preserved object.
