Research On Theory And Application Of Archive Data Preservation

The issue of archival data preservation is a management and technical issue that has been mentioned many times in China's grassroots archives work in recent years,and is also one of the key contents of archival research.Especially in the current rapidly changing background of the internal and external environment of archival work and the form of carrier forms of management objects,new opportunities and challenges are presented for archival data preservation.This article makes a comparative analysis between archive data preservation and electronic evidence preservation in the judicial field,and discusses the application of archive data preservation.The objectives,principles and constituent elements of archival data preservation work are discussed,and the idea of archival data preservation work based on government functional departments,with archives as the main body and thirdparty organizations as auxiliary forces is proposed.Constructed a functional framework of archive data preservation management and service platform based on trusted data identification management.The first part of this article is an introduction that mainly sorts out the research background and significance,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad;the second part expounds the relevant theoretical basis and preliminarily interprets the concept of archive data preservation;the third part analyzes the work of archive data preservation Objectives,principles and constituent elements;Part IV proposes a framework for archival data preservation management service platform and expresses application scenarios;Part V introduces and analyzes representative domestic archive data preservation cases and conducts empirical research;Part VI Summarizing and looking forward to the full text,the main directions that need to be further improved are proposed.
