In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping said in his speech in Kazakhstan that "My hometown,Shaanxi Province,China is located at the starting point of the ancient Silk Road",which has made Shaanxi a focus of attention of all parties in the world.Having the unique location advantages and resource advantages of telling Chinese stories,it shoulders the mission and responsibility of reshaping the influence of Shaanxi as the starting point of the new Silk Road,reinforcing Shaanxi's stories,enhancing cultural self-confidence,and building a "Belt and Road" public communication bridge.In the process of implementing the "One Belt and One Road" initiative for nearly five years,the Shaanxi mainstream media seized the opportunity to construct an increasingly sophisticated external communication channel,focusing on the dissemination of Shaanxi's economic and trade cooperation with countries along the Silk Road,and building the foreign cooperation for Shaanxi.Good public opinion atmosphere.At present,the Shaanxi mainstream media is based on the media orientation of "Humanities and Shaanxi",taking advantage of location,carefully planning "Silk Road" theme interviews,innovating reporting methods,and constructing a three-dimensional communication pattern,presenting the dissemination of Chinese stories in the "Belt and Road" initiative,a successful media diplomacy model that condenses international consensus.Among them,the "Silk Road Million Miles" regards Shaanxi Wei as the main platform,and sets up an "emergency journalist" on the wheel as the main form of reporting.It uses panoramic shots to record the national economy and humanities stories along the Silk Road and strives to use new ones.The perspective and all-media approach to show the vitality and passion on the new Silk Road today.At the same time,Shaanxi Satellite TV and 18 countries and regions along the route jointly established the "Silk Road International TV Alliance" and planned the "Silk Road Spring Festival Gala" and other programs to be broadcast on the ground."Silk Road Spring Festival Gala" as the only Silk Road Spring Festival Gala in the world shows "a The history,present and future of "One Road" have demonstrated the people's desire to share in the hearts and minds of the people along the "Belt and Road" initiative,and shared their desire to build a shared building.The award was also presented at the "TV Landmark(2017)Large-scaleResearch Achievements in China Television Media Comprehensive Achievement"awards event.,won the "Star Channel's most influential program of the year."Secondly,the "TV +" matrix dissemination and the combination of "Silk Road International Satellite TV Alliance" polyphonic transmission and other three-dimensional communication patterns are crucial to enhancing Shaanxi's external influence.For the local media,to tell Chinese stories well and deliver local sounds,we must explore a unique "story paradigm" so that we can maximize our value in the dissemination of countries along the Silk Road.The Shaanxi mainstream media has achieved certain results in the dissemination of the country along the Silk Road,but there are still problems in the domestic and the imbalance of the distribution along the line,the lack of media strength of the external communication,ignoring the cultural heterogeneity of the country along the Silk Road,and so on.The media should focus on spreading the mission and responsibilities of the Silk Road starting media,disseminate and disseminate the contents of the country along the Silk Road,integrate media resources,expand external channels,and optimize the effectiveness of communication.
