The specific principle of Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)is that the filament hot-melt material is heated and melted and the model is piled up layer by layer.It is the most successful commercial 3D printing technology among many 3D printing technologies.There are many commercial FDM 3D printers with different configurations and unique functions on the market.This paper aims at high customization and low cost,analyzes the existing FDM type 3D printing related mechanical structure and control scheme,develops a new FDM type based on XYZ structure,ARM core STM32 microcontroller as the control system 3D printer has good engineering practice significance and economic value.First complete the overall design framework of the printer,the XY plane motion mechanism adopts synchronous belt transmission,and the Z axis adopts ball screw transmission.In addition,a dual-fan extruding nozzle mechanism with enhanced heat dissipation is designed.Compared with the existing 3D printing single-fan cooling nozzle extruding mechanism on the market,dual-fan heat dissipation will be more conducive to printed parts molding and equipment heat dissipation.Secondly,according to the 3D printing control requirements,We independently developed and designed the control system of the 3D printer,including the hardware circuit and control software.Including the selection of the main control chip,the design of the power supply circuit,the design of the stepper motor drive circuit,the design of the temperature control circuit,etc.,based on this circuit,the PCB control circuit board development is completed.Completed the development of the main control program,the trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration algorithm of the stepper motor motion control,and the development of the PID control temperature control program.Finally,in view of this thesis design the 3D printers,test the printing effect of the printing material of common FDM,discussed three kinds of PLA,ABS,PETG material under different bed temperature performance of printing paste,different print temperature under different printing speed,print a formability,printing parameters of concrete is obtained by testing experiment.Then,using the characteristics of constant volume and constant mass before and after the extrusion of the wire,the control process optimization law of nozzle temperature and printing speed on the extrusion wire width was discussed,and the optimal printing temperature and printing speed of the PLA material was 190? and 60mm/s,which provided data support for further optimizing the design of the printer.At present,this high customization low-cost printer,as the x-smart model of Zhejiang Qidi Technology Co.,Ltd.,has been put on the market for sale,has a strong cost-effective advantage,has achieved a good sales volume,has been widely praised by users,and has been selected as "Amazon's choice".
