Research On Quality Improvement Of SI Software Test Project In Agile Scrum Mode

With the rapid development of information technology and networking, software size and complexity are increasing, making the traditional software development process more and more difficult to adapt to rapid market changes. Confronted with fierce market competition, more and more software development teams replace the traditional software development process with lightweight agile methods. Because of incremental feature, emphasis on communication, and people-oriented values of agile methods, some traditional software testing processes and methods are no longer applicable. This paper begins with analyzing the quality problem in the current status of SI software project testing and in agile process and then clarifies the quality improvement objectives. Secondly, from the perspective of team organization management, it elaborates the personnel organization of the agile team and their specific duties, as well as analyzing the reasons that impact team work efficiency. Afterwards, the UML activity diagram, use case diagram, orthogonal experiment and other quality improvement tools are employed to explore the quality defects and causes existing in user needs analysis and testing process. Further, quality improvement scheme and implementation strategies are proposed. Then again, focusing on the characteristics of the SI project, this paper researches and builds a test automation framework, and puts forward the key methods to improve the regression test coverage and ensure the overall test quality. Last but not least, by confirming the quality effect of the iterative process, this paper assesses the effect after implementing quality improvement, thus laying a foundation for the next quality improvements. The quality improvement methods discussed in this paper have been applied to multiple iteration cycle of the SI project, which has achieved great and measurable improvement effect. Meanwhile, it also offers referential experience and operational methods for other similar enterprises to implement quality improvement projects.
