With the deepening of the concepts of "Industry 4.0","Industrial Internet" and "Computer Networking" in the production and manufacturing of enterprises,traditional enterprises have carried out reforms in the original backward manual production processes to realize the automation of production testing,and through the network structure of communication and control feedback between machines and between people and machines.In this subject,capacitor manufacturers,capacitor appearance defect detection process needs to be completed in the production of capacitor appearance detection,eliminating defective capacitors such as bubble bulging.Usually,the process is completed manually by workers according to capacitance batch by batch,and the selected defective capacitance is counted and recorded to the paper process card.After the improvement of mechanization,the enterprise set up an independent capacitance detection workshop,and equipped with a number of capacitance defect detection machines for the selection of capacitors with appearance defects.However,each testing machine can only select and reject the defective capacitance individually,and each machine is an isolated individual,unable to carry out unified data management or machine control.Therefore,this paper presents a data management system for capacitance appearance defect detection,which is used to realize the unified management of the detection data of the testing machine.The data management system of capacitance appearance defect detection is divided into three levels:bottom level,middle level and top level.The bottom layer is the local data management service and database of the workshop,which receives all kinds of work data from the testing machine and stores them in time.In addition,it provides the GUI interface of the workshop administrator to monitor the real-time inspection data of the workshop.This paper implements an asynchronous Socket server based on event-driven type,which can efficiently process data from multiple detection machines and store the database through asynchronous operation.The middle layer needs to realize the function of a bridge,upload the detection data existing in the bottom layer to the cloud service layer,and open the data channel at the top layer to the bottom layer.This paper implements the data synchronization service based on Windows service,which automatically synchronizes all the data of local database to the database of cloud platform after Windows start-up.Top-level architecture is directly facing external user requests,showing users the latest detection real-time data from the bottom.Therefore,this paper uses an Aliyun ECS server as a cloud platform,deploys a Web service system based on the idea of micro-service architecture,and creates a database of the cloud platform.Finally,the system is tested according to the module,and the highest load and business function of the system are evaluated.The data obtained are good,and the system meets the design requirements.Capacitance defect detection data management system realizes automatic management for the detection data of enterprise capacitance detection workshop,and improves the production efficiency of enterprise.
