At present, information system has a wide range of applications. In order to make the information system become more sophisticated and meet more needs of users, information system must be allowed to have the characteristics of real-time. With the rapid development and upgrades of mobile hardware products, making the problems of information system real-time can be solved. But with the mobile terminal device to join, data of information system becomes more complex and decentralized. This creates a problem:distributed databases and heterogeneous database. In conventional distributed database, the synchronization technology of database has gradually matured. After the introduction of the mobile terminal, because of the characteristics of mobile terminal devices and embedded database, makes the data synchronization issues become more complicate. For this reason, this thesis needs to find a perfect application scheme which is responsible for the mobile terminal and the server data synchronization, in this way to provide better services for users.This thesis has studied large numbers of pertinent literature about database synchronization technologies; Android system and SQLite database, and to combine these technologies and platforms, and then researched the mobile terminal device in data storage and synchronization. Because of the isomerism between the Android system and computer architecture, SQLite database and Oracle, SQL Server database and so on, when to solve the problem of synchronization opportunity between movable termination and servers, this thesis firstly studied the interactive data format between the mobile terminal and the servers, response mechanism and interface standard, and then discussed several data synchronization situations which may be exist in the information system. After that, this thesis tried to design the overall list synchronization mechanism, the field tag synchronization mechanism, the storage key and the corresponding operation synchronization mechanism and storing the SQL statement synchronization mechanism. In addition, this thesis summarized usable conditions of each scheme and relative merits. At last, this thesis took the pilot dispatching information system for example, to realize the data synchronization, and to solve the problem of synchronization of mobile terminal and the server data, and to achieve the demand of real-time and unity of the information system. The data synchronization mechanism established in this thesis solved the problem of data synchronization of mobile terminal equipment; accordingly, removed an obstacle for the development and wider application of the information system. In this way, to make the information system becomes more real-time, adaptive, integrity, consistency and scalability.
