After entering the 21st century,the rapid development of the Internet and the advent of the new media era have caused traditional media such as paper media to decline sharply.At this time,S Broadcast&TV Newspaper in every city as traditional paper media have also been strongly impacted.Its unique advantages have disappeared and its advertising and newspaper circulation have declined sharply.The operation of Broadcast&TV Newspaper in many areas has occurred problems.This article first briefly introduces the operating status of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper in transition,then uses SWOT analysis to analyze the marketing environment of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper,and then explains the marketing situation of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper in transition.It also conducted a questionnaire survey on the audience of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper,and researched its marketing strategies with STP theory,4P theory,cooperative marketing theory,and internet marketing theory,and summarized the existing problems in marketing,then found out the optimization methods to solve these problems,helped S Broadcast&TV Newspaper in transition to further improve marketing strategies,and helped its transformation.Discussing and Optimization of marketing strategy of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper in transition can not only provide guiding suggestions for faster and better transformation of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper,find better marketing paths of S Broadcast&TV Newspaper,but also provide a meaningful reference for the marketing of TV newspapers around the country.
