At present,organic thin film transistor(OTFT)is widely used in flat panel display,sensor,active drive circuit and other fields because of its excellent characteristics,but most of the existing OTFT are single organic materials,which have low mobility,easy aging and other problems.In this paper,the mixture of lead phthalocyanine(Pb Pc)and copper phthalocyanine(Cu Pc)is proposed as the active layer material of organic thin film transistors.On the basis of preserving the respective characteristics of single material,it has the advantages of superimposing novel characteristics,improving the narrow optical absorption band of single material,and making it practical.In this paper,the basic structure of OTFT,the contact theory of each layer of materials and interface are studied in detail.The vertical OTFT structure of five layer thin film Cu/Pb Pc+Cu Pc/Al/Pb Pc+Cu Pc/Cu is adopted.The multi-functional coating system was used for the preparation of Pb Pc/Cu Pc hybrid organic thin film transistors,the vacuum evaporation process was used for the preparation of Cu and Al electrodes,and the magnetron sputtering process was used for the preparation of hybrid films.In this paper,the working characteristics of single and hybrid transistors are analyzed from diode and transistor.In this paper,firstly,the volt ampere characteristics and rectifying characteristics of hybrid diodes with different mixing ratios are analyzed,and the excellent mixing ratio is obtained,and the characteristics of hybrid diodes with this ratio are compared with that of single type diodes.The results show that the characteristics of Pb Pc/Cu Pc hybrid organic thin film diodes are better.Then,the single type transistor and hybrid type transistor are compared in terms of electricity and The results show that the performance of Pb Pc/Cu Pc hybrid organic thin film transistor is better than that of single type Pb Pc transistor or Cu Pc transistor.At the end of this paper,we use the hybrid transistor of Pb Pc/Cu Pc and Zn Pc/Cu Pc to compare the experiment results.The results show that the doping of different organic materials will affect the performance of the device.In this paper,the performance of the Pb Pc/Cu Pc hybrid organic thin film transistor is better than that of the single device in optics and electricity,and the optimal mixing ratio of 1:1is obtained through experimental analysis,which has certain reference significance and production value in improving the device performance.
