| With the continuous development of social life,people urgently need a method that can convert two-dimensional image information into three-dimensional data.As a kind of technology that can calculate the three-dimensional information,the threedimensional measurement technology comes into being,which is divided into contact and non-contact.Because of its non-contact nature and little injure on surface of the measured object,it has a wide range of applications,such as reverse engineering,industrial testing,human body modeling,cultural relic protection,medical health and other fields.This paper proposes a three-dimensional measurement method of colorcoded light based on wavelet ridge localization.The main research contents are as follows:1.Design the 3D measurement system of structured light.First,analyze the needs of abdominal measurement and select the hardware.Next,the principle of threedimensional measurement of structured light is studied.And study the projective geometric model.Finally,the principles of camera calibration and projector calibration are described in detail.2.Use wavelet transform profiling for 3D measurement.First,study the wavelet transforms at different scales,then obtain the wavelet ridges and extract the wavelet transform coefficients at the wavelet ridges,and the phase of the package is obtained to reduce the error.Next,propose a color-coded fringe pattern similar to white light interference.When projecting,only one image is required and it can increase the speed of projection capturing.Finally,the principle of absolute phase determination is described.3.Design a software system for measurement based on the above threedimensional measurement principle,which is used for rapid measurement in three-dimensional measurement.First,explain the applicable development environment of the system software.Next,the work flow and the functions of the software system are explained in detail.Finally,according to the work flow and functions,the operation interface for human-computer interaction is developed,and the interface is simple and convenient.It also introduces the detailed process of software system calibration and data processing.4.Test the measurement system and software system.Under the experimental conditions,complete the calibration of the camera and the projector.The calibration results also are obtained.Next,carry out plane experiments,plaster image experiments and human abdominal experiments.The experimental results proved the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and the stability of the operation interface. |
