With the rapid development of modern industry,the requirements for product size detection are getting higher and higher.It is changing from traditional two-dimensional offline detection to three-dimensional dynamic detection.At present,dynamic threedimensional inspection has a broad application prospect in industrial production,such as online detection of processed products and deformation measurement of reverse engineering objects.This paper proposes a dynamic three-dimensional measurement scheme for projecting multiple color coding structure light patterns,and designs and builds a three-dimensional measurement system based on this scheme.The measurement principles of point-structured light and surface structured light systems are introduced,and the measurement principle of the surface-structured light system is introduced in detail.On this basis,the specific model of the system is given.Based on the model,the conversion relations between coordinate systems such as camera coordinate system,projector coordinate system,and world coordinate system are described.In addition,the measurement process of the system was introduced.In order to improve the reliability of the optical dynamic measurement of color coding structure,a three-dimensional measurement scheme for projecting multiple color coding patterns is proposed.Although multiple coding patterns are used,dynamic measurement can still be achieved by optimizing the projection timing.The parameters such as stripe width,projection speed,and object moving speed were systematically analyzed.According to the features of the program,the commonly used coding methods,image denoising methods,stripe center extraction methods were compared and analyzed,and the optimal processing method was selected.A set of system software was designed and developed for the above dynamic measurement scheme.The software includes functions such as computer control,camera control,and projector control.According to the system design requirements,the system was designed as a whole,and then the specific design content of each module was given.In the design process,the camera's shooting mode was optimized in conjunction with the principle of camera cache,which increased the shooting efficiency by 33.3%.In addition,the projection time was tested,and the timing relationship of projection shooting was determined according to the test results,and the measurement time was optimized,and the reliability of the three-dimensional measurement was ensured.Finally,the measurement system and the real-time measurement scheme of the system are tested.The experimental results confirm the feasibility of the measurement scheme and the reliability of the system.
