Research On A Mixed Distribution Management Technology Of Logistics Enterprises

With the increase of netizens and the continuous improvement and popularization of network equipment,China's e-commerce has achieved spurt development in the past few years.At the same time,due to the higher requirements of consumers for living standards and the development of logistics economy,the logistics distribution method has also undergone certain changes.In addition to the characteristics of multi-frequency,multi-variety and small batch,there is also have mixed distribution trend.In this context,in order to meet the challenges of the Internet economy,how to improve the management level of enterprises and improve the management technology of mixed distribution has become one of the research hotspots in today's society.At present,China's logistics enterprises generally have a problem that the level of management technology of mixed distribution is relatively low,which does not match the speed of Internet economic development.Improve the level of mixed distribution management technology,save the logistics distribution costs of enterprises,and take the lead in the logistics economy has become an urgent need of the enterprise.In the era of Internet economy,research on the management technology of logistics enterprises' mixed distribution is conducive to improving the level of mixed distribution management technology of logistics enterprises,and improving the management level of logistics enterprises.The current changes in the market environment and the development of logistics distribution have created more opportunities for logistics enterprises to mixed distribution technology.In this regard,this study constructs a mixed distribution management technology model to calculate the optimal distribution resource allocation scheme to achieve the goal of minimizing distribution costs.First of all,this paper explores the current economic situation and finds that logistics distribution management technology urgently needs to find solutions,reduce distribution costs,improve distribution efficiency,and adapt to the actual needs of social and economic development.Secondly,it combs the research status at home and abroad,introduces the concept of distribution and linear programming theory,discrete system simulation theory,resource integration theory and cooperative game theory,and provide theoretical support for related research such as model construction and simulation analysis..Subsequently,the model related indicators are established,and the mixed distribution management technology model is constructed according to the goal of minimizing the cost of the enterprise.The use and effect of the model are analyzed in combination with two cases.Through the simulation method,the computer simulation software Arena is used,based on the mixed distribution model,the corresponding discrete simulation model is established,and the computer simulation of the mixed distribution process is carried out,and the model results are tested to provide reference and suggestions for the improvement of the management level of logistics enterprises.Finally,in order to make the mixed distribution model more operability,a mixed distribution based on the distribution alliance mode is proposed.According to the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Effective logistics mixed distribution can reduce the cost of logistics distribution of enterprises;(2)Enterprises should not only focus on reducing costs and neglect customer satisfaction;(3)Establishing a distribution alliance is an important way to implement mixed distribution.
