The Design And Implementation Of Intellectual Property Service Information System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the increasing of China’s economic development, intellectual property isbecoming increasingly important for enterprises. Currently, for the majority of SMEs,especially for those technology-based SMEs, it is difficult to complete intellectualproperty transaction conveniently and efficiently, due to the asymmetry of informationresources, the lack of professional services during the transaction. Based on suchsituation, after a period of requirement research, in this thesis, it is proposed of aconcept of intellectual property service information system for SMEs.In this thesis, it is mainly designed and implemented of an intellectual propertyservice information system for SMEs. Firstly, it is briefly introduced of the currentdomestic and international information platforms; next, according to the differentsituations encountered in the actual business development it is performed of arequirement analysis; then it is gradually designed and implemented of the entiresystem; and finally the system achieves its intended purpose after a test.In this thesis, by means of some scientific methods, it designs and implements anintellectual property service information system for SMEs. Through the analysis andcomparison of the current situations of development of domestic and internationalinformation platforms, it is analyzed of the current modes taken in the intellectualproperty information construction for SMEs and proposed of a concept of intellectualproperty service information system for SMEs. By taking the actual needs of SMEsinto account, it is decided that the system will adopt the Java EE platform architecture,by making use of the Java language and MySQL database, and taking Tomcat as theapplication server. The system strives for providing assistance for the promotion anddevelopment of intellectual property transactions for SMEs.Due to time and space limitations, in this thesis it is mainly discussed of theaspect of a patent technology evaluation system, while it is lack of the description ofother parts. Due to the resource constraints and the lack of experience, there are stillsome limitations in the selection of analysis methods, the implementation of systemarchitecture in this thesis, which will be strengthen and improved further in the future.The research direction of this thesis in the future will be expected to focus on theintellectual property development strategy for SMEs.
