Research On Social Responsibility In The Production And Dissemination Of Short Video Application

The development of the short video industry is violent and permeable,which not only reshapes the media ecological structure,but also continuously penetrates into people's daily lives.At present,people's attention to short video is still continuing.The number of users and the scale of short video application have maintained a steady growth trend,and gradually formed the first priority of Tik Tok and Kuai,Tik Tok Volcano Version,Wesee,Watermelon Video,Good-looking Video,National Small Video and so on as the secondary "two super multi-strong" business short video application pattern.However,during the development of the short video application,problems such as vulgar application infringement and content infringement on the application were constantly exposed due to interests.Therefore,in the current situation,studying the social responsibilities of short video applications in production and dissemination will help the short video applications better serve the society and help the short video applications achieve healthy and sustainable development.This research first analyzed the short video application's development course,the main characteristic and the social influence,after elaborated the short video application's basic situation,according to the development needs of short video application,media attribute requirements and experts' opinions,it is clear that the social responsibility of short video application is to maintain its own development,to assume the responsibility of maintaining the country's political security,promoting sustainable economic development,abiding by law and discipline,maintaining the Internet order,empowering the public to transform society,and ensuring that the application is full of positive energy,it is of great value to the application itself,the public and the society to advocate the short video application to undertake the social responsibility.After clarifying the meaning of Short Video Application Social Responsibility,an ideal content system of short video application social responsibility is constructed,these include the high political responsibility of the application,the economic responsibility of maintaining the development of the application,the legal responsibility of ensuring the operation of the application,the empowerment responsibility of stimulating the vitality of the application,and the responsibility of checking the quality of the application.Secondly,based on the idealized content system of social responsibility,this paper objectively summarizes the actual implementation of the five major social responsibility of short video application,and finds out the problems in the actual implementation of short video application.Finally,in order to strengthen the short video application's social responsibility,it is proposed that the short video application should carry out self-supervision and improve the application management mechanism,the short video industry should form the consensus of social responsibility,and the government should strengthen the guidance and control of the short video application,the public should improve their media literacy and actively supervise the short video application.
