The data acquisition system plays an increasingly important role in various physical experiments.With the development of electronic technology,the number of channels supported by the data acquisition system will increase.This also means that the accuracy of the physics detection system is gradually increasing.The upgrade of the data acquisition system brings about an increase in the data rate,and the data transmission and processing capabilities are correspondingly strengthened.This will also result in the upper aggregation card system needing to be updated to accommodate more sampling channels,in which case the updated aggregation,storage and processing systems need to be tested.The data simulation system can simulate the data and instruction behavior of the sampling channel of the data acquisition system,and can replace the sampling channel to test the data processing and transmission capability of the upper aggregation card system,and can complete the test of the system stability test and fault location.Features.At the same time,in the case of the missing sampling channel of the DAQ system,the data simulation system can replace the missing sampling channel and cooperate with other sampling channels to complete the data acquisition of the DAQ system.Universal data simulation systems play a crucial role in testing data acquisition systems.All kinds of physics experimental data acquisition systems are different.If the data simulation system is not universal,then a data simulation system needs to be developed for each type of data acquisition system,which greatly increases the development cost and cycle..This paper designs a general-purpose data simulation system based on the characteristics of the data acquisition system and a common protocol.The data simulation system has universality and can complete a variety of test tasks for data acquisition systems using common protocols.The general-purpose data simulation system has designed a universal solution from both hardware and logic levels.At the hardware level,the FMC daughter card is adapted to the hardware interface,and the modular design is adopted at the logic level.Some modules can be changed to adapt the data to the system data.The need for simulation.This paper will first discuss the overall versatility of the design,and then introduce the detailed design of the data simulation system of the marine seismic exploration and high-energy physics experimental data acquisition system.The structure of this paper is organized as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the general-purpose data simulation system,summarizes the requirements of the data simulation system and the key technologies involved.It also introduces the DAQ system that can be applied in some data simulation systems.Finally,the research content of the paper is introduced.And the structure of the paper.The second chapter designs the overall design according to the actual requirements of the data simulation system,and then introduces the hardware structure,logic structure and system control design of the general data simulation system.The design is mainly around a general-purpose design that describes the data simulation system.The third chapter introduces the application of the data simulation system in the streamer system.Firstly,it analyzes the hardware structure required by the data simulation system in the streamer system,and introduces the FMC daughter card required by the data simulation system of the streamer system.Then the logic overall framework of the data simulation system adapting streamer system is analyzed in detail,and then the continuous data splitting module,command module and test waveform and status module are analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of CSR external target experiments in large-scale physics experiments.Based on these characteristics,a reliable hardware scheme is designed,and the parametric features are input into the logic module of the general-purpose data simulation system to complete the simulation task of CSR external target experimental data.This section details the logical structure of the discontinuous data splitting module in the data simulation system and the noise logic structure used to trigger the validation.The fifth chapter introduces the test simulation results of the data simulation system of two different data acquisition systems.Firstly,the test plan is analyzed,then the simulation test results of the streamer DAQ system are introduced,and the streamer data simulation system is simulated according to the test plan to verify whether the data simulation system meets the requirements.Then introduce the CSR external target experimental data simulation system test plan and test simulation results.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper,summarizes the design deficiencies,and finally plans the further work and future development of the design.
