With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,the demand for data collection of various intelligent terminals is increasing.Due to the different data transmission protocols and formats of various types of smart devices,the data collection of each device needs to be targeted for adaptive development,and the acquisition equipment cannot be reused,resulting in the complexity of secondary development;the growth of data collection also increases Will increase data transmission bandwidth and increase cloud pressure.In response to this kind of problem,this paper designs an edge computing-based adaptive data collection IoT gateway,which implements edge adaptive data collection and calculation.It can configure various collection analysis and analysis to allow the edge IoT gateway to collect data from the device.The conversion enhances the adaptability and versatility of the gateway acquisition.This article mainly researches and designs the following aspects:Firstly,the related theories of edge computing of IoT gateway are studied.First,the edge computing reference architecture with the gateway as the core node is studied,and the reference architecture with the gateway system is designed.Secondly,the edge adaptive acquisition is studied,and it is initially modified with the data smoothness adaptive frequency conversion through the revolving door algorithm Combined,an adaptive strategy based on the revolving door-data smoothness(STD-DS)algorithm is proposed to realize the adaptive collection of the collected and converted data,and the theory is verified by simulation.Finally,the Configurable matching analysis,calculation conversion,threshold filtering and other aspects are designed.Secondly,the software and hardware system of the IoT gateway is designed.Completed the design of gateway hardware,configurable system,edge acquisition software,edge computing applications and self-starting detection.The hardware is mainly a development board with MT7620 A as the core and its output peripheral circuits;the configurable system is based on the Openwrt system Luci framework to design the acquisition and configuration module;the edge acquisition is to realize the multi-mode data of the IoT gateway through acquisition software Adaptation of uplink transmission and downlink acquisition protocols.The uplink uses SOCKET,MQTT,and database write-through.The downlink acquisition is TCP,COM,and other modes of transmission.It is transmitted through the Modbus TCP / RTU protocol.Finally,the related theory of edge computing is applied to the IoT gateway,the adaptive acquisition and conversion calculation of the sensing device is realized,and the gateway self-starting detection mechanism is designed.Finally,the data acquisition experiment environment was established to verify the IoT gateway.Through the collection of test cases and application examples,the functionality,accuracy and adaptive characteristics of the gateway were verified.The results show that the gateway meets the design requirements and is practical.
