| Smart home is an important application scenario in the Internet of Things(IoT).With the coming of the Internet of everything era,the growth of family Internet of things has become an important development opportunity for the society.As the core device of the family IoTs,the home gateway can aggregate the data of various heterogeneous intelligent terminals and support the communication between heterogeneous networks.At present,the challenge for IoT home gateway is to solve the problems on poor functionality,scalability,security.In this thesis,an edge intelligent IoT gateway based on the edge computing framework EdgeX is designed and implemented as an edge data processing platform for home networking devices.The proposed gateway can provide high flexibility,security and efficiency for device connectivity and data management.Then a EdgeX-based implementation framework for the home gateway software system is proposed and implemented,including connectivity,device and data management and gateway application.The proposed framework can support secure connections and data storage functions for various smart home devices with low cost.On this basis,an edge intelligent gateway solution is proposed.And a family infant care system is designed and implemented with using the solution.The edge intelligent gateway is used as data processing and control unit to realize the system functions including health monitoring,sleep analysis,environmental detection,barrier-free following and intelligent control functions.A web UI client based on the Freeboard plug-in is designed to achieve remote interaction and data visualization.The functions and performance of the proposed solution are discussed,including the gateway microservice component,the device connection application interface and the home infant care system.The experiment results show that the proposed edge intelligent gateway has good performance in device connection,device and data management for smart home. |
