As a non-contact level meter for detecting the level of a sealed calcium carbide furnace,the intelligent microwave switch has matured after years of development and improvement,and has now been widely used in the field of calcium carbide production.However,there are also a series of problems in the application of intelligent microwave switches.For example,the harsh environment of the calcium carbide furnace workshop,manual inspection and maintenance is not only harmful to health,but also delays production.The output of intelligent microwave switches has increased year by year,but manual factory inspection is prone to misjudgment and leakage.Judgment and low efficiency,can no longer adapt to production needs.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an automatic detection device that can replace manual implementation of industrial microwave field switch automatic detection and factory inspection.This paper develops an intelligent microwave switch automatic detection device based on the intelligent microwave switch products developed by the research group.The hardware part of this automatic detection device uses MSP430F5336 as the microcontroller.It consists of a main control module,a communication module with electrical isolation,a fault signal drive circuit based on the IIC extended I/O port circuit,a digital input and output interface circuit,and an analog input.The output interface circuit and other components can meet the needs of industrial field automatic detection and factory inspection.In order to detect the power supply failure of the factory products,the hardware part also focuses on the design of the test power-on detection circuit to realize the program-controlled power-on,power-down and over-current,over-voltage,and under-voltage three types of power failure signal feedback and power-off protection.According to the multi-task and real-time requirements of the software of the automatic detection device,an automatic detection device software framework composed of a dispatch center,a time base center,and a transaction center is established to realize the scheduling of each task and the timely processing of input events.The automatic detection device software is designed for two different applications: the industrial field automatic inspection software realizes the automatic detection and fault alarm program design of 24 smart microwave switches in the field;the factory inspection software partially implements GPUMaker-based TFT touchHuman-computer interaction interface design of LCD screen and control program design of automatic detection device.After software and hardware testing and debugging,the intelligent microwave switch automatic detection device used for industrial field detection can realize the automatic detection and fault alarm of the intelligent microwave switch used in the field;the intelligent microwave switch automatic detection device used for factory inspection can realize the intelligent microwave The main products of switch products are tested.
