Information accessibility is based on the principle of reasonable difference, aiming at different information vulnerable groups through the way of technology empowerment to achieve network equality in the allocation, access and application of information resources.Since the 1990s,the barrier-free construction of vulnerable groups and the information aid service have gradually become an important part of the basic public information service, which has attracted wide attention of our government, social institutions and organizations, individuals and other levels. As an institutional arrangement to protect the cultural rights of the public in the era of media empowerment, public archives respect pluralism, inclusion of HP(hewlett packard),co-construction and sharing is its proper meaning to safeguard social justice. In addition, public archives should conform to the situation, give full play to the role of information subject, strengthen the consciousness of social community, propagate the fairness and justice of information, and promote the development of information accessibility service. In recent years, public archives at all levels have devoted themselves to promoting the modernization of digital governance,in which the construction of information accessibility has provided a new perspective and a new scheme for reducing the "Double threshold,High barrier" information service form of archives departments.Research on the supply-side of archives services to avoid digital exclusion and information accessibility has become a trend. This paper summarizes the development course, service principle and social significance of information barrier-free construction, analyzes the level of information barrier-free construction in archives and its practical problems,at the same time, comprehensively discusses the forward-looking strategy of information barrier-free future service in archives.Chapter one is the introduction, combined with the background of the topic and its significance, using CiteSpace 5.2.R4 to dig into the literature to establish a knowledge map,and then form a relatively complete research review, and elaborated the research methods and innovation points;Chapter two is the theoretical basis and concept definition, the new public service theory and digital inclusion concept as the epistemological basis of information barrier-free service, through the distinction and concept definition, clarify the information barrier-free service subject, service content and service object; The third chapter is about the present situation and problems of information accessibility service in archives. In the last few years, there is still a hierarchical gap between the construction status and service utility of information accessibility in archives and grass-roots government, cultural institutions and information industry.
