| Web accessibility is an important part of information accessibility, its purpose is to allow anyone, including people with disabilities are accessible to access to the web information. With the development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet, people’s learning, work and life have undergone tremendous changes, not only able-bodied people will get the information through the Internet, more and more people with disabilities also use the Internet in work and life. However, due to the characteristics of the website itself and some limitations of the hardware, people with disabilities will encounter obstacles when accessing to the network, cannot enjoy the equal rights of access to information.The study of information accessibility in our country is still in the early stage of exploration and practice, mainly focus in making laws, regulations and standards in the field of information accessibility, practice for design accessible website and transform existing website is relatively less. The main content of this dissertation is how to better standardize perform accessible transformation for website; provide a effective method to achieve accessibility website.This dissertation first studies the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG2.0and web accessibility evaluating tool aDesinger, and analyzes the hierarchical structure and working principle of WCAG2.0as well as the blind mode and low-vision of aDesigner tool. Then researches the current situation of transform website accessibly, proposes a method to perform accessible transformation for website, and design the Web Accessibility Transform Platform, the platform bases on WCAG2.0guideline, preprocesses detected results obtained by using aDesigner tool, and provides convenient integrated environment for transformation designers, makes transformation designers can efficiently and accurately transform website accessibly, saves manpower and material resources, standardizes the Web Accessibility transformation method, and provide guidance to achieve accessible website. |
