Research On The Efficiency Of Knowledge Exchange In Virtual Academic Community

With the rapid development of computer technology,virtual community has gradually become an effective platform for information exchange at home and abroad.As a professional virtual community,virtual academic community not only makes up for the shortcomings of traditional academic exchanges,but also meets the basic needs of scholars for scientific research activities and knowledge exchange in the context of the new era.Although virtual academic community has unique advantages in knowledge exchange and knowledge sharing,there are still some problems,such as insufficient participation,inefficient communication and insufficient knowledge transformation.The importance of virtual academic community in scientific research and academic exchange is self-evident.At the same time,the emergence of new technologies and new management brings more opportunities and challenges to virtual academic community.However,virtual academic community has not fully played its function of knowledge exchange,and the overall level of knowledge exchange efficiency is not high,which hinders its healthy development.Therefore,it is very important for the survival and development of virtual academic community to systematically study the efficiency of knowledge exchange and its influencing factors,and to correctly judge the operation and management activities of virtual academic community.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper chooses Super-SBM as the evaluation method of knowledge exchange efficiency in virtual academic community.Starting from the characteristics and current situation of virtual academic community,this paper introduces the unexpected output to construct the input-output index system of virtual academic community,and carries on the phase of input-output variables of knowledge exchange.After the relevance test,technical efficiency,scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency were measured in 11 sections of the professional disciplines,and non-parametric Kernel was used to dynamically evolve the technical efficiency.Then the hypothesis of internal factors affecting the knowledge exchange efficiency of the virtual academic community was put forward,and Tobit regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors concretely and judge the knowledge of the virtual academic community.Significant factors of communication efficiency are analyzed and their impact is analyzed,and specific suggestions for improvement are put forward.The results of this study show that the technical efficiency of knowledge exchange in 11 sections of the "Little Wood Bug" Forum is relatively low and different,and the trend of decreasing the efficiency of knowledge exchange among different sections is similar.There are widespread phenomena of insufficient scale investment,decreasing pure technical efficiency and low technical efficiency;time of community establishment,level of community management and quality of community members.Quantity and other factors have a significant impact on the efficiency of knowledge exchange in virtual academic community.According to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward corresponding management measures to improve the efficiency of knowledge exchange and the healthy development of the virtual academic community.
