Study On The Application Of Big Data In The Field Of Government Procurement

The government procurement system regulates government procurement activities and is of great significance.However,in China,due to the relatively short development time,the system is still not sound enough,and chaos,such as bidding,string bidding,accompany bidding,projects and qualifications trading often occur,which seriously disrupts the market environment and national economic order.This article proposes the application of big data technology to ensure that government procurement activities are "open,fair and just" and improve the efficiency of government procurement.The advent of the information age has given birth to big data technology.Through the collection,analysis,and processing of data,you can find rules from massive data,and it is of great significance to apply it to the field of government procurement.Aiming at the application of big data in the field of government procurement,this article first studies the current research status and related theoretical foundations at home and abroad.Secondly,the role of big data in improving government procurement is analyzed and summarized: transaction services are faster and more efficient;Bidding information is more balanced and symmetrical;bid evaluation results are more accurate and reasonable;integrity systems are more comprehensive and real;policy formulation is more evidence-based;monitoring methods are more diverse and effective.Then,it puts forward some restrictive factors of big data in the application of government procurement,such as the construction of supporting legal system lags behind;the use of non-public information has security risks and legal risks;the sharing and collection of basic data sources is difficult to guarantee;the data standards are not unified and the analysis is difficult;the application of big data results is not sufficient;the buyers and suppliers are not aware of big data analysis and rational use;the shortage of professional compound talents and so on.Then through summarizing the experience of foreign countries,the paper explores the ways to improve the application of big data in the field of government procurement: Optimize the transaction environment of big data application in the field of government procurement;improve the infrastructure construction of big data application in the field of government procurement;enhance theawareness and skills of big data of all subjects of government procurement;make full use of big data analysis results.The advent of the era of big data has provided low-cost and efficient technical means for the supervision and management of government procurement activities.The use of big data technology to collect,analyze,and process the massive data generated by government procurement,and obtain valuable information to fill the loopholes in the government procurement system is of great significance for optimizing government procurement in the new period and improving the quality of government public services.
