With the rapid development of economy,information presentation is becoming more and more platform-based and visual.Similarly,in the oil industry,users for access to professional information depth and breadth of demand is also growing.The current oil industry information fragmentation,a longer update cycle,the lack of norms and other issues more obvious.In order to provide industry practitioners with rich,detailed,standardized,efficient and accurate news information,but also to facilitate the integration of industry resources,promote corporate culture,and explore more quality cooperation opportunities,my company decided to build a professional news management system.This paper studies and analyzes the design and implementation of the news management system of Petroleum Business Network,including the system requirement analysis,system design,system implementation,etc..In the research and implementation of the work,first of all,the development of the news management system at home and abroad are compared and summarized in depth,and the relevant technology and theory used in the system development are evaluated and analyzed.Secondly,by analyzing the existing problems of news communication and management in the petroleum industry,the research and development objectives and functional framework of the system are put forward The system consists of news clustering management,User Login Management,System Operation Authority management,weekly report time transmission,and so on.Thirdly,it introduces the system database design,system network topology design,function model design and logic structure design.Finally,the implementation and deployment environment of the system is introduced,and the system test is analyzed according to the system functional structure design.The system mainly provides services for the internal management of the group,through the distribution of high-quality,comprehensive and efficient news information for the oil industry,to improve the industry's ability to quickly access quality information,it provides some reference and value for the construction of oil news system at home and abroad.
