| Reporters and editors of the news release is an important part of the daily work of the radio station staff, the radio news reporters and editors published work increasingly skilled, summed up a set of reasonable and effective means of work. Hanting District, television news reporters and editors work still using manual methods to work this way, not only increasing the workload, and a waste of human resources, a serious impact on the speed and quality of news broadcast. How increasing news to seek a reasonable management model has always been exploring the question of Hanting District, television, Hanting District, television positive summary of previous work experience, to meet its own work to achieve a a set of well-integrated news gathering system to help provide for their own news reporters and editors to publish.This article designed and implemented Hanting District television news collecting and editing system. First, it briefly describes the whole system and analyzes the system requirements by using UML use case analysis and then selects technical architecture on the basis of the requirements analysis, designs function organizational structure, and detailed designs the system through UML class diagrams and timing diagrams. We also designs the database and shows the ER diagram and database table structure, deploys the system based on system program design and finally achieves the function interface of Hanting District television news collecting and editing publishing system, and gives part of the function interface screenshots which is described by program code and activity diagram. In the end, the news collecting and editing publish system meets user needs through system testing. The system adopts the MVC model to develop and uses Struts framework and Hibernate framework to design while using SQL Server2005as database. Design and Implementation of the publish system of Hanting District television news collecting and editing achieves the news entry, news examination and approval, news publish and other functions, which provides a computer platform for news collecting and editing work. The news collecting and editing publishing system is an internal information collection system of information portal by using computer technology and information network technology implemented by the computer. Using the news collecting and editing publishing system improves the efficiency of the journalists’ work. The system is able to improve the work efficiency of the journalists and the timeliness of the news. |
