Analysis and Research on the expansion of stable structure for a certain type of periscope stable photoelectric system.The system uses infrared spectrum remote telemetry of poisonous gas cloud analysis method,system using infrared detector unit,the infrared imaging does not require,and is equipped with a miniature visible light CCD camera system with auxiliary scanning function pitch.Two axial and range,can realize high automation monitoring,sector and 360 degree panoramic continuous scanning.Through the analysis and Research on the stability of the system structure,fully embodies the system of stable structure optimization design and manufacture of alignment technology,the effective realization of the disturbance isolation body vibration and other factors,the optical axis of the system to avoid jitter,realized in the process of moving the body of the instrument optical axis remains stable and target.This type of periscope type photoelectric stabilized system.Before and after the successful development and transfer to the production stage,its research and development in both civilian and military has a very broad application prospects.This paper introduces the application and characteristics of wide periscopic stable system,some theories and research results of the domestic and foreign related field;the periscope system of photoelectric stabilized development demand function,analyzes the overall layout and structure;analyzes the periscopic stable coordinate system and a stable working principle of the analysis of some;the key technology of stabilized electro-optical system to achieve reliable stability and maintain;discusses some engineering problems of periscope stabilized electro-optical system and its solution,aiming at the multi optical axis photoelectric stabilized system coaxial problems are analyzed;the specific design calculation of torque and pitch angle of a mirror periscopic stabilization system the machine;periscopic stable system alignment are discussed,on the new military application of photoelectric stable system in the future to face.The title and continuous improvement direction is prospected.The structural stability analysis and research for the engineering application of the current and future periscopic stabilized electro-optical system laid the theoretical basis of the technical.
