With the development of the information and military technique, the ship-borne communication needs not only the voice communication but also the realtime data and photo convey. The satellite communication antenna equipped on the ship needs a stabilized platform to overcome the sway arosen by the change of the attitude and direction of the ship.The ship-borne equipment stable control technique is presented in this paper. The stabilized platform receives the attitude information of pitch and roll from the platform compass and makes the attitude information compare to the antenna shaft position information sent by resolver, the error vector is sent to the servo system by control adjustion, then the control motor rotates and makes the antenna avoid the ship sway keeping the stable attitude.In the ship-borne data communication antenna stabilized platform system, the Strap orthogonal triaxial mechanical gearing and the intelligent servo drive control technique are adopted. In this paper, the principle of the digital servo system is introduced, the constructing method of the servo system dynamic model is described by the roll axis of the communication antenna stabilized platform, and the design method of the intelligent control in the stabilized platform system is also presented. Aiming at the speed ring and the position ring of the servo system dynamic model of the roll axis, the classic PID correction, complex control correction, the anticipatory control correction, fuzzy control correction are described respectively.On the basis of the all kinds of control theories, the detail steps and the results of the simulation and the program design of the fuzzy-PID correction method are presented. By the real and reliable experimental data, the characters of the fuzzy-PID control method such as the fast ascending time, the high stable accuracy and the low system error are validated. Thus, the experiment and the simulation results demonstrate that the application of the fuzzy-PID control method makes the performances of the stabilized platform system enhance considerably.Based on the design of the control method, the realized method of the fuzzy PID intelligent controller is presented. The controller uses the high quality floating DSP chip- TMS320C6713 as the processor, realizing the high accuracy real computation of the antenna attitude and the space stable control. In this paper the principle of the DSP chip is introduced in detail and the realized method of the controller software and the hardware is given.The ship-borne data communication antenna stabilized platform system obtains better effects in the speed, the accuracy and the anti-interference ability aspect.
