Design And Implementation Of Automatic Data Acquisition System In Paper Enterprises

With the rapid development of technologies of computer network and communication, the national and international paper enterprises put forward the higher requirement to their automation and informationization construction in order to increase efficiency and enhance competitive ability. Therefore, most of the enterprises try to improve and upgrade information and automation system on the foundation of reserving the old basic automation devices, achieving the integration between the automation control system and management information system of enterprise.In view of the above-mentioned problem, this thesis introduces the solution which can solve the problem by developing an Automatic Data Acquisition System. Using the paper-making device as the background, the information and automation system is improved on the foundation of reserving the old PLC devices. It designs and develops the automatic data acquisition system to suit the characteristics of paper enterprises.If use the specialized WinCC or the special-purpose PLC communication interface module to complete the communication of the PC and the PLC, it will be unable to satisfy the special requirement of the Automatic Data Acquisition system, and the flexibility is bad. This thesis realizes the communication of the PC and the PLC economically by calling some dynamic linked library functions of the Prodave software package.This thesis also introduces the solution of paper roll number union barcode: before the conveyance, print the paper roll number and the matched barcode simultaneously, establish its corresponding relationships in the database, and gather paper information in the conveying process. In the post-sale management, gather the paper information by scanning the barcode or inputting the paper roll number. At the same time, because the system needs to connect many kinds of data acquisition equipment, like the weighbridge, the barcode scanner and so on, the data acquisition software of various equipment factories is unable to gather the data to this system. This thesis realizes the communication between the data acquisition equipment and the system through the RS-232 serial port.Furthermore, the thesis designs the storage management platform, realizing some functions such as tracking paper roll off-line information automatically, allocating the storage positions, and warehousing information management and so on. So it can enhance the degree of automation and the integration of the paper enterprises further. At present, the system has already been used in Nine Dragons Paper Limited Corporation and other paper enterprise. Its stability, complete function and credible performance has met the need of the paper-making plants, and it has been approbated by all enterprises.
