Research On Financial Risk Control Of QZ High-tech Enterprises

With the advent of economic globalization,the ever-changing high-tech has penetrated into every corner of the world,and China's high-tech enterprises have emerged in large numbers accordingly,becoming an important pillar force for promoting China's economic growth and maintaining social stability.In August 1988,approved by the government,the"Torch Plan" organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology opened the curtain for the development of China's high-tech enterprises.Subsequently,the Chinese government introduced a series of preferential policies and measures to promote the development of high-tech enterprises,and took it as an important strategic task.Compared with other companies,high-tech enterprises have:highly personalized product demand,constantly upgrading and innovative technology,and a high proportion of intangible assets.These characteristics also lead to high-tech enterprises with obvious industry characteristics in terms of financial risks.Therefore,in terms of financial risk control,high-tech enterprises have different focuses on other types of enterprises.To high-tech enterprises,how to correctly identify financial risks and how to improve financial risk management measures will help the healthy growth and long-term development of high-tech enterprises,which is also conducive to the steady progress of China's economy.This paper takes QZ company as the research object,analyzes the financial risk of the company and proposes corresponding control suggestions based on the background of high-tech industry and the financial data of QZ company.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,expounds the research background and research significance of this paper,introduces the research status of financial risk and control at home and abroad,and finally explains the research ideas and characteristics of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces relevant theories and introduces the concepts of high-tech enterprises,financial risks,financial risk control and related theoretical backgrounds.The third chapter mainly introduces the financial risk and control status of QZ high-tech enterprises and their existing problems.The fourth chapter mainly proposes some improvement measures for the existing problems of QZ high-tech enterprise financial risk control.The fifth chapter is research and prospects.It summarizes the conclusions of this paper and puts forward some suggestions.The innovation of this paper is to study the financial risks and control of specific high-tech enterprises combined with the financial risk characteristics of the industry,compare the financial data of QZ company with the data of previous years,and discover the financial risks of QZ company.In the specific analysis,the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is used to make the conclusions of the analysis more credible and persuasive.Then,in terms of measures,it will be combined with the characteristics of the current data explosion,and propose some corresponding financial risk control measures to allow enterprises to adapt to changes in the environment and make new changes.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide useful exploration and inspiration for the financial risk control of QZ high-tech enterprises.It can better combine the special characteristics of high-tech industries,propose the most suitable financial risk control measures,and reduce the probability of financial risks of the company.Avoid financial losses to the company.
