Research On Financial Risk Control Of KX Company

Information and communication technology(ICT)is a new concept and new technological field arising from the integration of information technology and communication technology.With the in-depth development of economic globalization and social information,information and communication technology has played a major role in promoting global economic growth and digital transformation.As our country urgently needs to change its economic growth mode and promote a new round of economic growth,the status of information and communication technology is more important.Its development is strongly supported by national policies and it has become an important engine for our country's social progress and economic transformation.Therefore,paying attention to the financial risks of enterprises in the communication technology industry,analyzing the causes of risks,effectively identifying and evaluating them,finding the links where the risks occur,and controlling risk factors in time will help enterprises in the communication technology industry to strengthen their financial risks prevention and control,thereby promoting the healthy development of enterprises.Based on the research results at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the financial risks of enterprises in the communication technology industry in our country,this paper identifies the financial risks of the KX company in financing,investment,operation,and profit distribution.Selecting 26 listed companies in the communications technology industry that are on the SME board with KX as samples,and using factor analysis models to process 12 indicators related to the sample companies' solvency,operating capacity,profitability,and growth capacity,It is concluded that KX company ranked 24 th in the comprehensive ranking of 26 listed companies in the same industry from 2015 to 2019,and the overall financial risk level in the same industry is relatively high.Furthermore,it can be concluded from the ranking status of the four main component factors that the company's financial risks are mainly manifested in investment risks,operational risks,and profit distribution risks.According to the results of KX's financial risk identification and evaluation,the ideas and control methods of financial risk control are put forward from an overall perspective,and financial risk control countermeasures for investment,operation,and profit distribution are proposed from a micro perspective.The research in this article will help KX Company strengthen its understanding of its own financial risk status,improve risk prevention awareness,and promote the healthy development of the enterprise.At the same time,it can also provide a reference for other companies in the communication technology industry to control their own financial risks.
