The Research On Rural Land-use Database At The County Level

As the material basis of human survival and development, land means of labor whichbelongs to the social production,the basic means of agricultural production.With thedevelopment of our social economy, agricultural land structure and city land type hasundergone great changes. Then scientific and effective management and use ofland resourcesisbecomingmore and more important.The rural land use database is the foundation and basisof Land and Resources Management, such as China’s rural land use planning, protection ofcultivated land in the future.Therefore,it has very important sense to promoting sustainableeconomic and social development and strengthening the management of Land and ResourcesManagement that establishing the rural land use database.Theprojectbackgroundof this paper isruralland utilization status of database constructionGaoling County of Shaanxi Province, Xi’an city. It firstly analyzes the land survey task, datasources, process and result, the database system structure and studieslogic structure,databasedata process and data management and organization.Thenit proposes and studiesthetechnology of constructing rural land use database technology by using ArcGIS softwareand the sky land treatment system. Imagestranslation, investigation, layered vectorization, theestablishment of the process database, data acquisition, data input and edit, data maintenance,map merging, data warehousing, database collation, result output, quality control and otheraspects of the database have also been detailed investigated. It means that this paper presentsan efficient and low error rate of the construction process and quality control method on thebasis of practice.Secondly, the author analyzes the utilization of land structure andcharacteristics of land usersources, by making the Gaoling county land use detailed tablesonthe basisofcollating and objective analyzingthe database results. Finally, it analyzes theapplication and development of new technologies in the process and results of land surveydatabase, by the practical application of database in the land survey.Rural land use database is a complicated systematic information project, which involvesmany theoretical and technical problems.Through the research and practice of the author, the technical achievements andcontentanalysiscan improve the efficiency of creatingdatabaseandhas a positive effect on data quality.
