The attitude can be used to describe the relative position of the carrier in space.It is widely used in the defense industry of aviation,navigation,vehicles and missiles.With the development of science and technology,people's quality of life has undergone tremendous changes.Attitude measurement technology has gradually penetrated into various fields of national life,such as automobiles,intelligent robots,tower cranes,and coal mine trajectory measurements.According to different measurement principles,the attitude measurement technology can be divided into the measurement method based on the earth's magnetic field and the earth's rotation.The accuracy of the latter is higher than the former,and the cost of the former is lower than the latter.Therefore,the high precision and Low-cost attitude measurement equipment is imperative.In order to develop an attitude measurement equipment based on the earth's magnetic field,this paper discusses the technical background and technical status of attitude measurement,and studies the theory and measurement principle of attitude measurement technology based on magnetic field.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the measurement system,analysis the source of system error is generated and corrected,and finally an attitude measurement equipment with high precision,low cost and portable features is realized.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the technical background and technical status of attitude measurement are discussed.The attitude measurement system based on magnetic sensor and acceleration sensor is determined,and the earth magnetic field model and gravity field model are used.The theory and measurement principle of attitude measurement technology based on magnetic field are studied.Secondly,the overall scheme design of the attitude measurement system based on magnetoresistive sensor and acceleration sensor is completed.The hardware circuit of the system is designed based on the overall scheme,including sensor part circuit,bluetooth transmission circuit,microprocessor circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuit,power circuit.With the support of the hardware circuit,the software development of the measurement system is realized by the Keil development platform,and the design of the entire measurement part is finally completed.Thirdly,in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the measurement system,the error source of the measurement system is analyzed in detail,and the error model and correction equation are established to realize the error compensation.In order to realize the above error correction process,this paper develops the calibration software by the upper computer based on C++ language.Finally,based on the Android Studio integrated development environment,the application software for the mobile phone intelligent terminal was developed,and the on-line debugging of the attitude measurement system was completed.In order to test the accuracy of the measurement system,the environmental test of temperature,vibration and impact was carried out.The test results showed,the attitude measurement system developed in this paper effectively reduces the cost and achieves the expected research objectives under the premise of satisfying the measurement accuracy.
