The attitude of carrier is an important parameter for operating the carrier, controlling the carrier and realizing the other function, and it plays an extremely important role on precise measurement in the national defense, aerospace, navigation, industry and other fields. The XXX 2D attitude angle sensor is a kind of high precise measurement system, which is researched in this paper on the basis of the XX 2D attitude angle sensor applied to B cannon. Precise strike for the overall attitude measurement system is realized by research of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor applied on A cannon.Firstly, the development situations of the attitude sensors measurement technology at home and abroad are introduced, and some common measurement methods of the attitude sensors are discussed. The working principle and technical indexes requirements of the XX 2D and the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor are described respectively. Attitude angles of the sensors are calculated by using appropriate methods in this paper, which provides theory basic for research of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor.Secondly, according to the analysis result of the XX 2D attitude angle sensor, many measures are used to filter noise and improve the stability of the signal transmission in the circuit and the power, such as design LC filter circuit and capacitance filter in the hardware circuit of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor. Moreover, the errors are removed or reduced by using the automatic compensation algorithm of zero drift, the effect of temperature drift compensation algorithm, the arithmetic mean filter algorithm and a first-order lag filtering algorithm in the software of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor. The operation requirements of the overall system are satisfied by research of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor.Finally, the measurement precision of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor is certified with experiments. Experimental data are obtained in environmental and physical properties experiments. Environmental experiments include normal temperature, high temperature and low temperature experiments. Physical properties experiments include vibration and impact experiment.From the analysis of the experimental results, the measurement precision of the XXX 2D attitude angle sensor was less than 0.5mil. This result completely was satisfied the technical requirements of the overall system and the precise strike demand of the A cannon in combat.
