The User Experience Research Method Based On Motion Awareness And Its Applications

With the continuous development of mobile Internet,the use of mobile products has become a normal in people's daily life and work.The use behavior and experience of mobile products are closely related to users' motion(such as standing,sitting,lying,walking,running,etc.).In the practice of product user experience design in industry,how to combine user motion awareness with user research to better understand user experience and guide product design is an urgent problem.The author of this paper attempts to develop and realize the motion awareness function based on the context-aware user experience research tool,and explore how to use this tool to carry out mobile user experience research and its application value through a real user experience research project.The research work of this paper mainly includes:first,based on the CAUX,the function modules of the tool are expanded,and the motion awareness ability of the tool is developed.Secondly,in the real case of user experience research project,we explore how to study the relationship between mobile user behavior and experience and motion,and gradually establish a user experience research method based on motion awareness.Third,by capturing the details of the motion changes in users' daily use of mobile products,we can find the user experience problems and needs of the product,and explore the application advantages of this method compared with the traditional user research methods.Through the above research work,the author first adds the tool's motion situation monitoring function,and expands the motion instruction parsing module.Secondly,the ability of tool data filtering,data collection and data visualization is expanded,and the user experience research method based on motion awareness is established.Finally,through the case application results and comparative analysis,it is found that this method has obvious advantages in research implementation,user data,research cost and so on.The research results show that the user experience research method of user experience based on motion awareness can obtain the user's motion details in real time.By combining the motion with the mobile product use behavior data obtained at the same time,we can study the details and aspects of user behavior that can not be touched by traditional user research methods,so as to obtain the previously difficult to find user behavior patterns,pain points and needs,breaking the limitations of traditional user research methods in this area.
