Personal credit is an important part of the social credit system at the present stage based on internet technology which is not only a judgement basis of traditional financial services of personal credit,but has infiltrated into every aspect of ordinary life.A good personal credit will create a great value in the future.It is a foreseeable future that the user experience of personal credit scoring products will directly affect the service quality and the feasibility and credibility of the entire credit scoring system.Therefore,the topic of user experience factor and design research of internet products is emerging and worth discussing deeply.Based on the study of the personal credit scoring products on internet,this paper expounded,analyzed and concluded the level dimensions and theoretical model of user experience at the present stage through literature review and data analysis,including the system flow and user behavior path of the kind of personal credit scoring products such as 'Sesame Credit'.Based on the model theory of user experience process,the paper extracted the factors of user experience with qualitative research method,such as application user interviewing and card sorting,then analyzed and summarized the factors.Later,based on the management theory and needs and motivation theory of psychology,it summarized the requirement class of the users of personal credit scoring products.Combined with the five elements of user experience-strategic,scope,structure,frame,presentation,CUBI model theory and the theory of emotional design,the paper proposed design hierarchical model building based on the experience factors,the four design levels,which are credit orientation,scene path,interactive perception and visual representation.And then described the user experience design model of personal credit scoring products.Finally,the relevant user experience design is carried out and validated.The topic analyzed and prospected the aspect of user experience of personal credit scoring products under the background of internet credit.It aims to put forward the design theory and research method of user experience about personal credit scoring product in Chinese internet area.
