In the era of rapid development of mobile Internet,the continuously upgraded and iterative media technology will give individuals the initiative to publicize and distribute information on we-media platforms,and the content entrepreneurship will become the development wind.However,deep cultivation of content,active users,channel realization and so on have become the key issues for the survival of these content entrepreneurs.Therefore,we media people facing development problems urgently need to change their thinking and find a breakthrough point to complete the core value output of users.WeChat vertical "we media" is favored by a large number of users with a specific demand through deep cultivation of content because it focuses on specific fields and produces professional content in specific fields.As a representative of educational WeChat we-media operation strategies and influence,He Kaiwen Graduate English has become a typical case for the research on the operation strategies of educational WeChat vertical we-media.The WeChat we-media of He Kaiwen Graduate English has more than 3 million fans,and the headline original articles pushed by it have an average reading quantity of more than 100,000;the WeChat we-media ranks second in the list of educational WeChat we-media of qingbozhishu01.Such remarkable achievements are strongly associated with the unique operation strategies of the WeChat we-media.Therefore,with WeChat we-media He Kaiwen Graduate English as the research object,by using methods including literature analysis,case analysis and interviews,this paper conducts an all-around and in-depth analysis of the content operation strategy,the user operation strategy,the business realization mode,etc.It is concluded in this paper that the success of WeChat we-media He Kaiwen Graduate English lies in that it can continuously produce high-quality contents and take advantage of various events to activate the users,thus ultimately completing the transformation of products.In terms of content operation,the headline articles are all original articles and have fixed module contents;in terms of user operation,through interaction with users,building communities and other modes,the activity degree of users is enhanced,the user stickiness is increased,and loyal users are retained;in terms of business realization,the products are popularized by using fan effect and other modes.Meanwhile,in view of the current operation mode of the WeChat we-media,this paper summarizes the success and deficiencies of the operation strategies of educational WeChat vertical we-media,and analyzes the feasible development directions for educational WeChat vertical we-media,hoping to provide a reference.
