As an institutional part of enterprise compensation management program,the compensation system is of great significance for motivating employees to work and promoting the benign development of enterprises.For enterprises,different development periods need different compensation systems to support the realization of strategic goals;As for employees,different salary systems also convey different organizational signals,guiding employees to make different work decisions and career development choices.Therefore,a scientific compensation system that meets the needs of both employers and employees is concerned by all enterprises and employees.This paper takes the compensation system of N radio and television network company as the research object,combined with the background of the impact of three networks integration on its operation,using the compensation theory of comprehensive compensation theory,expectation theory,fairness theory,using literature research,case study,interview and other research methods to complete the analysis of the compensation system of N radio and television network company,and puts forward the measures to optimize the compensation system.The research is divided into six parts.The first two parts are the introduction and theoretical review,which introduce and sort out the research background,significance,methods,domestic and foreign research trends,relevant compensation concepts and applied theories.Part three to five analyzes and optimizes the salary system of N broadcasting network company from the perspectives of current situation introduction,analysis and problem solving.The sixth part summarizes the characteristics of the optimized compensation system.This paper highlights the characteristics of case study,case study combined with interview,and the latest national policy situation.The conclusion shows that the compensation system has a two-way incentive effect on the development of enterprises and employees.A scientific and effective compensationsystem shall be designed in order of the enterprise strategy,employee demand,job analysis,organization and personnel structure.The optimized compensation system of N radio,television and network company makes up for the original defects such as imperfect total control,lack of incentive effect,insufficient attention to basic and guarantee measures,and satisfies the current development needs to some extent.The research has reference significance for other enterprises,especially those in the radio and television industry.
