With the development of the Internet of things and 5G networks,there is an increasing degree of automation in various fields,and the demand for smart sensors is also increasing.As far as the market is concerned,intelligent sensors with high speed and high precision are still the main development trend.High-quality sensors can save a lot of labor costs,shorten working time,improve work efficiency,and thus improve economic benefits.As for the sensor itself,its speed characteristic and precision characteristic are mutually restricted,how to take both into account at the same time is an eternal topic in the field of sensor research.In this paper,through the study of the sensor system,the resistance strain sensor which is sensitive to both speed and precision is selected as the research model,and a set of high speed and high precision sensor processing module is designed.The hardware part of the scheme uses alternating excitation,full difference signal conditioning,oversampling and ratio measurement technology to realize the high-speed and low-noise characteristics of the hardware system,and the software part uses ARM Cortex-M4 microprocessor for digital filtering and compensation algorithm to achieve high-speed and high-precision characteristics.The accuracy of the system can reach five parts per million after the experiment,which basically meets the target of the project.
