With the advancement of new media technology and the popularization of mobile networks and smart phones,the functions of the WeChat platform have gradually improved,and WeChat is more and more popular among users.At the same time,the prosperity of the maternal parenting industry has also promoted the development of self-published maternal parenting media.The role of WeChat in parental education has become increasingly important.WeChat Public Accounts play an important role in attracting customers as well as increasing competitiveness for organizations and enterprises.However,there are also problems during the development of the WeChat Public Accounts.This article pinpoints these problems and proposes optimization strategies through content analysis,surveys,and case studies in order to better promote its development.This article is divided into four parts in addition to the introduction and conclusion.The first part is background analysis.It first explains the concept of the WeChat Public Accounts for maternal parenting,describing the rise of WeChat Public Accounts and the development of the maternal parenting industry as well as analyzing the social background of the prosperity of WeChat Public Accounts for maternal parenting.The second part is a description of the current situation and an analysis of the causes.WeChat Public Accounts for maternal parenting are analyzed through questionnaires and content analysis and the causes are discussed from both an objective and a subjective perspective.The third part is a discussion of problems,which addresses the existing challenges in WeChat Public Accounts for maternal and child care,including increasingly homogenized content,click baiting,controversy on the validity of the content,and over-commercialization,etc.The last part are proposals and suggestions on how to better promote the development of WeChat Public Accounts for maternal parenting.The strategies on media include brand building and team hiring;The strategies on content emphasize how to increase originality and personalization of the content.The strategies on platform include optimized promotion and commercialization moderation.The audience strategies include how to increase interaction between companies and customers as well as how to organize relevant activities.
