Research On WeChat Public Accounts Relationship Network Based On Text Mining Technology

With the continuous development of WeChat,WeChat public platform has become a major mainstream media channel and has formed a unique self-media ecosystem.Compared with traditional media,self-media has greater freedom.Any group of people can publish any information or ideas through WeChat public accounts,thus it contains a wealth of information.As a result,it also brought some problems.On the one hand,WeChat public account platform is filled with a large amount of duplicate content.How to know the development status of the WeChat public accounts ecosystem has become a concern for the WeChat platform operators;on the other hand,the WeChat public accounts information transmission process is more secretive.Some false information is spread between the WeChat public accounts.How to supervise articles of WeChat public accounts effectively has become a problem that the relevant regulatory authorities urgently need to solve.This paper is based on web crawler technology,text mining technology and online social network analysis which to research WeChat public accounts.The main work includes the acquisition and processing of WeChat public accounts data,the construction and analysis of the WeChat public accounts content propagation relationship network,and the construction and analysis of the WeChat article dissemination network based on specific topics.The methods of obtaining WeChat articles are discussed in this paper,and WeChat articles web crawler design scheme is proposed.Combining the characteristics of WeChat articles,a variety of text similarity measurement methods are designed and implemented,and compare the performance and characteristics of different methods in the experimental data set.Based on the experimental results,a text similarity measurement method that integrates characters and semantics is proposed,providing the foundation for the WeChat public accounts content propagation relationship network and the construction of WeChat public account content-based content propagation path.In the study of the development status of the WeChat public accounts ecosystem,a method of constructing WeChat public accounts based on content propagation relationship network is proposed in this paper.Through social network analysis methods,it analyzes the development status of the current ecosystem of WeChat public accounts,and the correlation between the weighted degree of relationship network and reading quantity.In the study of information dissemination between WeChat public accounts,a method for constructing the propagation path of WeChat articles is proposed in this paper.It also proposes the concept of strong propagation network and weak propagation network in the process of WeChat article dissemination.They can effectively construct the content propagation path formed by "retransmitting" and rewriting.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of different nodes in information dissemination combined with relevant theories.This paper provides a framework for the research of the WeChat public platform,which is conducive to understanding the development status of WeChat public accounts ecosystem and the information dissemination status between WeChat public accounts,and has a high reference value for WeChat operation and network public opinion monitoring.
