| Scientific data is an important part of modem scientific research.Scientific data is a major achievement and an important driving force for scientific research activities.It plays an important role in the innovation of science and technology.The reuse of scientific data can effectively develop and utilize data resources,promote sharing and cooperation in the scientific research process,enable more optimal allocation of data resources,and maximize the value of scientific data.The reuse of scientific data is of great significance to improving the world's scientific and technological level and promoting social and economic development.In order to better and more re-use of scientifie data,it is necessary to stand in the perspective of scientific researchers to study the influencing factors of the reuse of scientific data by scientific researchers,and to make rational suggestions based on the influencing factors.It is necessary to carry out scientific research personnnel's reuse of scientific data and continuous re-use of influencing factors.This study first reviewed the development of scientific data reuse through literature surveys.Then,based on the theories of user perception theory,satisfaction theory and continuous use theory,the influencing factors are divided.The influencing factors can be divided into:data factor,data source factor,researcher background factor and reuse rule factor.Construct suitable models based on influencing factors and make assumptions.Combine relevant research and related theories,combine the models and hypotheses,and produce scales and questionnaires.Through the pre-study,the original scale and questionnaire were revised and improved to form formal scales and questionnaires.Using formal questionnaires,doctoral masters ald college teachers were selected as survey respondents to conduct surveys.After the questionnaire was recovered,the data was analyzed using Excel,SPSS,and the model and assumptions were verified by AMOS.This study found that data factors,data source factors,researcher background factors,and reuse rule factors all have a direct and positive impact on the reuse intention.The data factor will also directly affect the willingness to continue to reuse.Data source factors,background factors of research personnel,and reuse rule factors continue to re-use willingness through the impact of satisfaction.This paper proposes promotion strategies based on the research results.We need to improve the reuse of data quality:We need to encourage prestigious scholars to share his data.The data collection and sharing platforn passes the inspection method to make the data more complete,accurate and easier to use.Increase the description of the content of reused data so that researchers can find reuse data that best meets ftheir needs.We need to contIol data sources:We need to encoxUrage authoritative data sources and data producers to include and share data.It is necessary to control the openness of data platforms,periodicals,and articles to provide reuse of data so as to ensure that the interests of data producers are not violated.It is necessary to provide scientific researchers with,more and more convenient ways of reusing data to ensure that researchers can find the necessary reuse data.We need to improve the data literacy of researchers:We can provide scientific research personnel with data literacy education such as data discovery,acquisition,management,organization,preservation,and operation through libraries and other organizations.We can also conduct related lectures and seminars,etc.to increase the quality of scientific personnel's reuse of data and increase their satisfaction with scientific data reuse.Need to establish and improve the rules for reusing data:We can establish policies for the reuse of scientific data.It is possible to formulate a reasonable policy and legal system from the aspect of structure and content,so that scientific personnel can follow rules and regulations in scientific data and make scientific data reuse more standardized. |
