Research On Influential Factors Of Researcher's Data Reusing Intention

Due to the development of information technology and the continuous evolution of scientific practice,the recording and storage of scientific data become easier than ever before.The long-term accumulation of large amounts of data contains scientific laws,and the objective laws and the essential characteristics of things are found in the data.Data-intensive scientific research paradigm has become a research paradigm.In addition to the continued development of experimental equipment and computer-aided technology,the factors that lead to changes in the scientific research process include the availability of large amounts of data.As part of this change,the benefits of scientific data sharing and reuse are also evident.Scientific data reuse is the extraction of additional value from existing data to achieve reproducibility of research,enabling researchers to conduct scientific research activities based on existing data,propose new scientific insights,and improve the level of technological innovation.In view of the basic role of data in scientific research activities,the data sharing and reuse behavior of research researchers is of great significance,especially the research on data reuse,which improves the research output efficiency and output quality of researchers and reduces the repetitive movement.It is of great significance to promote the transformation of the scientific research paradigm.In recent years,research in many subject areas has focused on the management and sharing of scientific data,mainly focusing on the scientific data sharing platform construction research,scientific data sharing and preservation methods research,and scientific data sharing models and policy research.From the microscopic point of view,the literature studies the willingness of researchers to share data,data sharing and trust,but there are few studies on the reuse behavior of scientific research data.The purpose of this paper is to understand and explain the data reuse behavior of researchers,to reveal the factors affecting the willingness of researchers to reuse data,and to understand the impact of these factors on the willingness to reuse data,for the sharing and reuse of scientific data.Provide theoretical basis to promote scientific research to data-intensive research and promote the sustainable development of scientific data.This study takes the model of behavioral theory and technology acceptance in the field of social psychology,the theory of perceptual value in marketing and the theory of trust in sociology as the theoretical basis,combined with grounded theory to study the conclusions,and reuse scientific data for researchers.The specific theoretical situation,the overall theoretical model of the factors affecting the willingness of researchers to reuse data,the model mainly explains the three sources of factors: First,based on the technology acceptance model to explain the usefulness of perception,how perceived and perceived risk factors affect scientific research The attitude of personnel to data reuse;the second is to explain subjective norms based on the theory of planned behavior,the perception of behavioral control and attitude towards data reuse affects the willingness to reuse data;the third is based on the qualitative research results of grounded theory,especially the specific research on data reuse.The situation expands the availability factors of data resources and the perceived data quality factors,and explains how these factors directly or indirectly affect the attitude of researchers on data reuse,which in turn affects the willingness of researchers to reuse data,so as to be more specific and comprehensive.Researchers interpret data reuse behavior.Based on the literature review of research on scientific data sharing and reuse,this study combines the results of theoretical analysis and qualitative research,from the usefulness of perceived data reuse,the effort to perceive data reuse,the perceived risk of data reuse,subjective norms,perception Behavior control,attitudes toward data reuse,availability of data resources,and perceived data quality were introduced in eight dimensions.Twelve research hypotheses were proposed for the influencing factors of researchers' data reuse intentions.Taking the research work of research universities and research institutes under the Chinese cultural background as the research samples,the research data was obtained by means of questionnaires,using principal component analysis,regression analysis,structural equation modeling method,with the help of SPSS 22.0,Software tools such as AMOS 21.0 and Smart PLS2.0 perform reliability and validity analysis and evaluation of the data obtained from the survey,and test the research hypothesis based on this data.In this paper,the 222 valid answers are collected,then are analyzed by exploratory factor analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling.The results show that the willingness of researchers to reuse data is subject to the attitude of data reuse,subjective norms of data reuse.And the direct impact of perceived data quality;and the attitude towards data reuse as a mediator,and the usefulness of data reuse,risk perception,expectations of efforts in data reuse,and research community(academic The direct impact of subjective norms;the availability factors of data resources indirectly affect the attitude of researchers on data reuse,while perceived behavioral control has no direct impact on the willingness to reuse data.The conclusions of this study indicate that subjective norms of data reuse,perceived usefulness,perceived risk,attitudes toward data reuse,efforts to perceive data reuse,perceived data quality,and availability of data resources are all being used in data reuse theory and practice research.Should be taken seriously.Among them,in addition to the attitude factors of data reuse,the usefulness of subjective data reuse and subjective norms have a greater impact on researchers' willingness to reuse data than other factors.Therefore,by reducing the difficulties and workload involved in data reuse to encourage researchers to reuse data,while emphasizing the usefulness of data reuse,increasing the standardization of data reuse,providing accessible and high-quality data resources,can promote Scientific data reuse behavior.From the perspective of data management,it can be supervised from two aspects: technical attributes and scientific attributes,strengthen data peer review and improve data quality;from the perspective of providing data services,academic libraries can provide data sharing and reuse services.Solve the infringement and issuance norms in data reuse,reduce the risk of data reuse,and train and publicize researchers to understand the significance of data reuse practices in scientific research to support and encourage researchers to reuse data.This study makes an important contribution to the advancement of scientific data to data-intensive research in order to promote scientific data sharing and reuse practices.
