Research On Factors And Promotion Strategies Of Researchers' Data Reuse Behavior

The arrival of the big data era has brought tremendous changes to the scientific research paradigm.Various scientific research activities have produced a huge amount of scientific data,and various institutions have also established scientific data sharing platforms.However,the scientific data reuse of each data sharing platform is poor,and the frequency of researchers' scientific data reusing in their research is low.The value of open scientific data is not completely discovered,resulting in the waste of the construction of scientific data sharing platform and data resources.Through the research on researchers' data reuse behavior,the factors influencing the data reuse behavior of researchers are obtained,and the strategies to promote the data reuse behavior of researchers are proposed according to the factors,thereby saving scientific research funds,shortening the scientific research cycle,and promoting scientific research into next level.Based on the theory of planned behavior,technology acceptance model,and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology,this paper introduces perceived usefulness,perceived concern,perceived effort,subjective norms,attitudes,availability of data repository,research climate openness,and scientific data reusability,data literacy,intention and other variables,based on the existing literature basis and theoretical basis,puts forward 20 hypotheses,and establishes a model for the factors of researchers' data reuse behavior.Using SPSS and AMOS software,the descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation analysis of the questionnaire data are carried out to test the validity of the hypothesis and correct the model.Based on the above analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: perceived usefulness has a positive impact on attitudes and intention.Perceived concerns have a negative impact on attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived usefulness.Perceived efforts have a negative impact on attitudes and subjective norms.Subjective norms and attitudes have a positive impact on intention.The availability of data repository has a negative impact on perceived concerns.The openness of research climate has a positive impact on behavior.Scientific data reusability has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and a negative impact on perceived concerns.Data literacy has a positive impact on behavior,availability of data repository,and reusability of scientific data.Intention has a positive impact on behavior.While data repository accessibility's positive impact on perceived usefulness,negative impact on perceived efforts,and scientific data reusability's negative impact of on perceived efforts are not supported by the data.Combining the conclusions of the above factors and the modification index obtained by AMOS,the model of the researchers' ' data reuse behavior factors verified by the data is obtained after the model is modificated.Based on the above empirical conclusions,this paper proposes to the following strategies to promote researchers' data reuse behavior.The strategies are to clarify the scientific data quality evaluation indicators and quality control,carry out researchers' data literacy continuing education,build an open scientific environment,optimize the functions and services of data repository and data sharing platforms,and clarify data property rights and stakeholders.
