In the era of digital life,social media has penetrated into people's fragmented daily life.While enjoying the many conveniences brought by online social communication,people are also faced with various kinds of confusion represented by perception overload,privacy anxiety,polarization of public opinion,and some users are faced with social media fatigue.After embracing the value of social communication,this study focuses on the various influencing factors in the field of social media in order to better understand social media fatigue.This study takes content analysis and grounded research as the main research methods,comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the emotional and behavioral performance of social media fatigue,builds the attribution model of social media fatigue,summarizes the occurrence mechanism of social media fatigue from external factors such as cultural environment,platform and community,as well as individual internal factors,and elaborates the factors at all levels.On this basis,the phenomenon of social media fatigue is reflected.To some extent,fatigue reflects people's rebellion and awakening to technology,and starts to move towards initiative and rationality consciously,further improving people's subjectivity.The use of social media is the reflection and interaction of technology domestication.From the perspective of the symbiosis and coexistence of human and media,human and technology,the study reflects on the new social ecology of the Internet.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter combs the development process of social media,and summarizes the evolution process of social media into three stages: early social media represented by BBS,micro information social media represented by wechat,and multi-type social media represented by vertical products,and summarizes the characteristics of social media connectivity.The second chapter describes the performance of social media fatigue.Through the summary of the existing literature,based on the psychological level of fatigue performance of social media content analysis category construction,summed up the performance of social media fatigue is an internal-external process,mainly manifested in the use of social media negative emotions and negative behavior.The third chapter constructs the social media fatigue attribution model.Using grounded research method and NVivo 11 to encode the research data in three stages: initial coding,clustering coding,selective coding,summarizing and refining the concept and category from the original data,and constantly comparing,summarizing and classifying the data in the data analysis,establishing the connection until building a model that can reflect the attribution of social media fatigue.From the external factors such as cultural environment,platform and community,as well as individual internal factors,this paper analyzes the causes of social media fatigue.The fourth chapter,combined with the research model of the previous chapter,elaborates and analyzes the causes of social media fatigue in detail.Corresponding to the internal and external factors in the attribution model,this chapter mainly analyzes the external factors such as cultural environment,platform and community,as well as the internal factors of individuals from macro to micro.The change of users' cognition of social media is the main factor causing social media fatigue;the habitual construction in cultural environment has a subtle impact on social media environment and atmosphere;the deconstruction of context and the integration of social communication and interpersonal communication make the starting point of social media deviate;the unilateral technology domination of platform makes users to a certain extent We can only passively accept the domestication of technology.External factors cause the change of internal cognition of social media.Social media fatigue is mainly due to internal factors,cultural environment,community,platform and other external factors and internal factors,which together cause social media fatigue.The fifth chapter reflects on the fatigue of social media from the perspective of theory and practice,hoping to explore the reconstruction of human subjectivity in the use of social media,the coexistence of human and media technology,and the construction of a harmonious media cultural atmosphere and order.Specifically,it includes: social media fatigue to some extent reflects people's rebellion and awakening to technology,and begins to consciously move towards initiative and rationality,further improving people's subjectivity;platform side has experienced the decline of user activity,and should follow up users' gradual needs,establish social responsibility and ensure sustainable development;social media environment is the reality reflection and process of technology domestication Interaction,from the perspective of the symbiosis and coexistence of human and media,human and technology,through the analysis of the root causes of the problem,to provide inspiration for follow-up actions.
