With the rapid growth of mobile Internet users,the development value of mobile cloud media APP has gradually been highlighted.This kind of APP is based on the mobile client operating system,which can be compatible with all the mainstream mobile operating systems and has a considerable user base,which makes the role of "wireless Luoyang" media more prominent.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to highlight the uniqueness of mobile cloud media APP,this paper focuses on the functional positioning of "wireless Luoyang" online exhibition,"wireless Luoyang" life services,and related wireless News Introduction modules.At the same time,the mobile cloud media APP scheme is designed based on Android platform.Based on C/S mode,the mobile cloud media APP is designed with MVC three-tier architecture.(2)In the design process,the system framework,topological structure,functional module relationship and database design are the key points of the design.At the same time,around the various functions of mobile cloud media APP,the core content of this paper includes the class diagram design of the main function modules of "wireless Luoyang" propaganda,the timing design of business processes,the operation scheme of function modules and so on.(3)Aiming at the difference between news recommendation and "old news" recommendation in cloud computing environment,this paper proposes a cloud Resource Recommendation structure UQE-index,which can support frequent updates and efficient multi-dimensional queries simultaneously.In order to support efficient frequent updates and fast multi-dimensional queries simultaneously,two main measures are taken: one is to use current data and historical data in the context of cloud computing.Cloud Resource Recommendation at the same granularity level can reduce the number of Recommended updates of cloud resources as much as possible in the process of data writing,so as to reduce the cost of recommendation maintenance of cloud resources;second,separate cloud Resource Recommendation and data as far as possible to reduce the impact of cloud Resource Recommendation creation on system write performance.The mobile cloud media APP developed in this paper has certain uniqueness,especially the life service function of recommendation design of cloud resources using joint resource scheduling algorithm.It can provide convenient life service for users,which has important value for improving the "wireless Luoyang" propaganda and news dissemination.Throughrelevant tests,the test results show that the performance and function of mobile cloud media APP designed in this paper have reached the expected goal.
