Research On Mobile News Dispatch System Development Based On Wireless Communication Network

With the development of wireless mobile communication technology, mobile phones have already been equipped with capability of data communication and digital function of entering and editing multimedia news. As one kind of handheld devices in people's daily life, mobile phones gradually improve the basic conditions for distributing news dispatches.Based on the analysis for the demand, this study determines five system requirements including system dispatch function, interaction function, public information browsing function, management and maintenance functions as well as security function. And then, this paper provides a detailed analysis about the logical framework, the system modules and the correspondence table of module in order to demand to determine the design of software component and system deployment.1.System designUsers of the system include three categories: reporters, editors and system administrators. In view of the requirement of three users, the system owns five main functions, namely, dispatch and related operations function, interaction function, accessing public network information function, management maintenance functions and security function.2. System data modelMobile phone news dispatch client and server use HTTP protocol to communicate, and by way of the Post to send the request to the received server, and retrieve the response. This part also points out the design of system database and the table structure.3. Development environment and platformTo compare of different terminal platforms and the platform development environments so as to determine the structure of dispatch server and inner network server with interaction function.4. System error handlingOnce the system suffers from unusual problems, the mistakes should be identified and addressed promptly. Therefore, this system specifically deploys of monitoring procedures to monitor the received server. When problems occur, the administrators can view the warning message alarmed by the monitor procedures on the management platform. For Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)-channel detection, the monitoring procedures may regularly issue SMS and MMS to the system. If the system does not receive SMS, MMS after a certain time, the monitoring procedures may alarm on the platform too.Meanwhile, this paper focuses on studies on the key process design and system data models and then determines the development environment and platform, fully explores the pros and cons of various platforms, and finally raises all kinds of proposals. At the last, the final error handling system is discussed in an effort of maintain the integrity of the system.Based on all researches, the system can realize the goal of using mobile phones to collect, edit, process, transmit and issue texts, images, audios, videos and other multimedia news so as to achieve mobile dispatch capabilities, the interaction between reporters and editors and unified management of mobile dispatch and other dispatch means.
