Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For An Enterprise

With the development of economy and society,many small enterprises have been bon in China,they play a driving role in China's economic development.However,the backwardness of financial information management of small and medium enterprises has restricted their development.With the continuous development of the Internet and software technology and the continuous improvement of information technology,it has become a common choice to improve the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises through information technology.If small and medium-sized enterprises directly use financial management software such as UFIDA and Kingdee,the high costs and the hugeness of the system make it impossible to bear.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises have a large demand for financial management systems and need targeted "tailored" financial management software.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises have a large demand for financial management systems and need targeted "tailored" financial management software.According to the business needs of SMEs,this paper has initially designed a simple and scalable financial management system to enable SMEs to improve their financial management efficiency.First of all,this article deeply understands the current research status of financial management systems for small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,and starts from two aspects of system functional requirements and non-functional requirements,completes the requirements analysis,and builds a basic system construction target system.Secondly,according to the financial management problems and financial software application requirements of most small and medium-sized enterprises,a relatively basic and complete financial management system is designed.The system function modules include business functions such as salary management,voucher management,fixed asset management,and current account management.Finally,testing the financial management system of SMEs designed in this paper proves that the software is easy to operate,simple in interface,strong in practicability,and easy to expand.From the perspective of system confidentiality and security,this paper chooses to build a C/S-based system architecture.According to the actual needs and characteristics of financial management of SMEs,various functional modules and matching databases are designed to realize the financial management system of SMEs.After functional test and system operation test,the financial management system of this small and medium-sized enterprise has a reasonable design,complete functions and good operating performance.Meeting the application requirements of SME financial information management has an important role in improving the energy efficiency of SME financial management.
