Paid Financial Accounting Management System Analysis And Design

This article aim to analyze JX Power Company’s financial real income accounting business, develop and design a suitable management system for JX Power Company. By designing scientific financial accounting processes and scientific financial business management, the company can prevent financial risks and strengthen an internal control, which has great importance for the company.This paper first outlines the domestic and foreign status. In terms of domestic status, it mainly introduces Tang Shan Electric Power Corporation’s application of ERP system to the whole process of enterprise management, Beijing Electric Power Corporation’s application of electric power enterprise production management information system to manage the enterprise’s production activities, which has gained great economic benefits, E Er Duo Si Electric Power Company’s construction of the integrated enterprise information management platform under the guidance of scientific theory and actively introduction of advanced management ideas, which makes full use of the enterprise resource value. Zhe Jiang Electric Power Corporation of Hang Zhou Electric Power Bureau proposed a financial integration solution for business charges about the financial information construction. In terms of foreign status, it mainly analyzes the enterprise strategic management, enterprise information construction and other aspects of the United States Exelon company, Kansai Electric Power Company, France Power Company, deeply studies the present situation of the internal management of JX Power Company and the related business process of JX Power Company’s financial real income accounting management.Secondly, this paper analyzes the demand of financial real income accounting system functions, including:system objectives determination, financial real income accounting business process analysis, system functional requirements analysis, system functional cases, non-functional requirements analysis. The main objective of this system is to provide better services for business automation of financial management personnel, improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity. It also includes acquisition and management of enterprise real income accounting-related data information, summary, query and analysis of assistant business management decisions.Finally, this paper mainly analyzes the system design. JX Power Company’s financial real income accounting system is divided into two modules:one is the system management module; the other is the service processing module. System Administration module is to maintain JX Power Company’s real income financial accounting management system. Service processing module’s main function is to deal with the financial real income accounting business.
