If you want to do good,you must first take a good hand.With the rapid development of China's economy,information technology innovation is accelerating,The using of information technology in enterprises has been strengthened,the enterprise's internal investment in information technology is also growing.Information technology has become a sharp weapon for enterprises to improve management efficiency and optimize business processes.With the support of the relevant economic policies of the country in recent years,the operation situation of small and medium-sized enterprises has continued to improve,and the ability of information investment has been continuously enhanced.According to the survey,there are 80.4 small and medium-sized enterprises with Internet access capacity,of which 44.2%of enterprises will access the Internet for enterprise information construction,more than half of enterprises have begun to information applications.However,with large enterprises pay more attention to long-term benefits and intangible benefits,pay more attention to strategy,management and control and other issues are different,small and medium-sized enterprises for the main demand for information technology,focusing on solving the immediate emergence of survival problems,the implementation of information technology is more concentrated in the market and sales sector,or used in the production sector to improve product quality and reduce production costs.Due to the lack of unified planning,so that the information construction,such as the phenomenon of islands,black holes,black box phenomenon and quagmire phenomenon,such as a series of problems,making the information construction mud deep,a serious blow to the confidence of enterprise managers in information investment.Because of the above problems,as an information manager in small and medium-sized enterprises,it is necessary to seriously study the rational planning and implementation of information technology in small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes yAS company's information construction project as the research object,analyzes YAS's existing information construction and information system,and finds that although YAS has many information system applications,all departments are independent operation,data standards are not uniform,data island phenomenon is serious.Although the implementation of ERP software,but the lack of management system and corporate culture in the promotion of ERP projects difficult to implement in place,the implementation of information technology into the quagmire.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the concept of information strategy into the enterprise strategy,and carries on the idea of information strategic planning from the group's point of view.Integrate information systems and system data to promote the benign development of enterprise information construction.The second chapter of this paper mainly introduces the current domestic and foreign information construction related theories and methods,mainly introduces the Nolan stage model theory and key success factors method,strategic objective conversion method and enterprise system planning method three methods;The present information ization status quo and the problems in the information construction of enterprises are analyzed,which provides the basis for the planning and implementation of the enterprise's information strategy.And the implementation of the information strategy is broken down into three stages,drawing the gant chart of the implementation of the project,chapter 6 mainly discusses the implementation of enterprise information in the process of safeguards,respectively,from the enterprise culture,human resources,financial control and risk control four aspects,put forward the implementation of information strategy necessary safeguards.Based on YAS's information construction,this paper analyzes the problems existing in YAS's information construction,discovers the information island,black hole phenomenon,quagmire phenomenon and so on which small and medium-sized enterprises are common in the information construction,and gives the solution.Through the decomposition of YAS's information strategy and the implementation steps of information technology,it provides ideas for small and medium-sized enterprises to implement information construction well,and provides reference for the information construction of other enterprises in the same industry.
