To improve the effectis of the training in transportation industry and communications between technicals, we create a new traffic training information platform that is "1+32"training platform. It can promote the effects of training, extend training content, standardize management of training and improve efficiency. Transportation careers achieve online collaboration, publish information, study, communicate and share resource by this platform.First, this paper introduces the research background, domestic/international research status and the need of system development. Then it discusses the Cloud-Computing theory and its technical support, introduces Cloud-Computing background and status, analyzes the feasibility of the remote education mode and presents SaaS software design patterns. We present plan for the transportation1+32training platform and the feasible solution of cloud computing design model and produce the overall principle and framework for the training platform.According to the existing collaboration mechanisms, this paper presents workflow model design solution, analyzes the current situation of "1+32", discusses the Nolan model and critical success factors method and recreates information technology process reengineering with innovative training system.Finally, we implement the coordination mechanism and workflow model of "1+32", complete the summary of functional modules, present parts solution of database plan and the software process design in different stages. With one of the modules, we complete details code-written and analysis about training application based on competition mechanism.
